My Role
In this project, I took on the role of leading design and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience. My responsibilities included facilitating design workshops, collaborating with contracted designers, and liaising with stakeholders throughout the process. I played a pivotal role in need-finding, domain study, design workshops, reviews, approvals, and implementation.
Timeline
Over the course of four months, from July 23 to October 23, I dedicated myself to this project, ensuring its success and timely completion.
Tools Used
To execute my tasks efficiently, I utilized various tools such as Figma, Miro, Confluence, and Jira. These platforms enabled effective collaboration, design iteration, and project management, ensuring the project's objectives were met with precision and excellence.

ClearSky
What is ClearSky
ClearSky is an application-aware Configuration Management Database fo Hybrid clouds & ITSM interrogations.
My Role
The Lead Product Designer in the ClearSky project oversees design strategy, ensuring the application's effectiveness and user satisfaction. Crafting intuitive interfaces, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with project objectives.
Timeline
Project ideation started in late 2021. I joined in April 2022 since then worked closely with the ClearSky team to lunch the product in Feb 2023
